NIRSAL PLC is a Private Limited Liability Company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) as a licensed Financial Institution. NIRSAL PLC is saddled with the mandate of facilitating the flow of credit to Agri-Business value chain players as well as de-risks agricultural lending in Nigeria. In pursuit of its mandate, the need exists to conduct the procurements of key inputs for its Programs and Projects across the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

 

  1. OBJECTIVE

The purpose of this procurement is to solicit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Request for Registration from individuals, private sector companies and other organizations desiring to render services to NIRSAL PLC and willing to be captured in the database of qualified service providers to the institution.

  1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The request for EOIs (Registration requires basic information of the service providers and must include the below listed Registration Documents. Only shortlisted persons, firms or consortia shall be contacted to obtain “Invitation to Bid” or “Request for Proposal” Documents with a view to further participate in the 2017 procurement exercise:

  1. Evidence of incorporation of the company by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
  2. Evidence of Registration with Relevant Professional Bodies
  • Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate issued in 2017
  1. Evidence of VAT Registration
  2. Company Audited Account for three years ending in 2016
  3. Evidence of Compliance with the Provision of the Pension Reform Act 2004
  • Evidence of Compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
  • Evidence of Compliance with Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
  1. Evidence of at least 3 similar jobs executed in the last 3 years from 2014 including letters of award and completion certificates for the selected services
  2. Detailed Resume for Individual Consultants
  3. Evidence of Registration with National Agricultural Seed Council (NASC)- For Seed Supply Company only
  • Evidence of NASC Certification – For Seed Supply Company only

 

  1. SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS /REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  • All attachments to be in PDF Format
  • Registration opens from 10am, Monday, November 20, 2017 to 4pm, Wednesday, December 20, 2017.

 

  1. SELECTION PROCESS

NIRSAL PLC will review the submissions and qualify service providers for further participation.

NIRSAL PLC reserves the right to disregard /disqualify any EOIs that do not meet the guidelines and criteria in item 4 and 5 above.
