GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR YEAR 2019
The Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the Commission is to undertake the procurement of Works, Goods and Services in the following areas:
Lot 1: Airlifting of Christian Pilgrims to and from Israel, Rome and Greece operating from designated airports in Nigeria;
Lot 2: Ground handling of Christian Pilgrims in Israel, Rome and Greece;
Lot 3: General Insurance Services;
Lot 1: Construction of Heritage House in Israel;
Lot 1: Supply of office Furniture and Fittings;
Lot 2: Acquisition of Computer Software;
Lot 3: Supply of Computers;
Lot 4: Purchase of Library Books and Equipment;
Lot 5: Supply of Office Stationeries;
Lot 6: Supply of Drugs and Medical Consumables for Pilgrimage; and
Lot 7: Printing of Security & Non-Security documents
3. Interested and eligible Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the various projects and goods mentioned above in the National Dailies and Notice Boards depending on the threshold of each project.
4. Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to: Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Company’s Audited Accounts for 3 years, Company Income Tax (CIT) for 3 years, Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (PENCOM), Compliance Certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Compliance Certificate from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Evidence of Financial Capability, Interim Registration Report (IRR) in the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)’s National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers. Documents submitted may be subjected to due diligence without recourse to bidders.
5. The Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) also reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007, on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder.
