INVITATION TO TENDER
The National Assembly Service Commission hereby invites interested and credible companies with verifiable track record of performance to apply for tender of the 2017 Fiscal year.
LOT 1: Supply of Motor Vehicles
LOT 2: Supply of Bus
LOT 3: Supply of Office Furniture and Fittings
LOT 4: Supply of Library Books and Equipment
LOT 5: Supply of Security Equipment
LOT 6: Supply of Computer Software Acquisition
2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
a) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
b) Evidence of VAT registration and remittance.
c) Evidence of Tax Clearance for 2014, 2015 & 2016
d) Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004 and remittance.
e) Company profile including Curriculum Vitae and details of key personnel.
f) Audited Accounts of the company for 3 years: 2014, 2015 & 2016.
g) Evidence of compliance with NSITF.
h) Evidence of registration with ITF.
i) Evidence of technical capacity (for ICT only).
3. COLLECTION OF TENDER/BID DOCUMENTS
Interested contractors are to collect tender document in Procurement Department Room 1.17 on the 1st Floor of the Commission’s Office Complex upon payment of non-refundable tender of Twenty Thousand Naira (20, 000.00) only.
4. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Technical and Financial bids should be submitted in two (2) separate envelopes clearly marked ‘Technical or Financial’ with lot number specified and put in an envelope addressed to:

Plot 664 T.O.S Benson Crescent, Off Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Way,
Utako District, P.M.B 558 Abuja.
The envelopes are to be dropped in the Tender Box in Procurement and General Service Department, Room 1.17 of the commission.
Submission of the Tender application closes by 12 noon and opening of tender begins immediately after closing on 12-11-2017.
5. OPENING TENDER/BID DOCUMENTS
The tender shall be opened publicly in the National Assembly Service Commission, Ground Floor by 12 noon on 12-11-2017.
NOTE: Representatives of all responding contractors, civil societies, NGOs, and members of the general public are hereby invited to witness the Tender opening.
