Please note that the submission date for the above advert is 03th December 2018 and NOT 03th December 2019 as previously stated in the advert released on Monday, 05th November 2018 in the Guardian, Business Day and Daily Trust. All other information in previous advert remains valid.
1. Project Brief
The Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, its Agencies and other related MDAs (jointly referred to as the “Sponsors”) are embarking on developing a PPP-based MSMEs Solution through technology for the Nigerian MSMEs. The PPP Project titled Technology-Enabled MSME Solution (otherwise known as SME Portal) is a PPP Project to provide a unified single window platform for government services to SMEs whereby Federal Government policies on industry, trade and investment and ease of doing business can be implemented to help Nigerian businesses learn, grow and scale.
2. Request for Qualification (RFQ)
Reputable private sector technology companies are invited to submit a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to undertake the development of the SME Portal in partnership with the Sponsors. This RFQ is the qualification stage of the procurement process for the Project. Interested parties are required to meet the qualification requirements specified in the RFQ Package which can be downloadable at https://goo.gl/wLPXc2. Only qualified parties shall be invited to the Request for Proposal (RFQ) stage. Qualified parties shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to being issued the RFP Bidding Documents.

submission must be followed by an email to [email protected] and [email protected] with an upload notification titles “Submission of Request for Qualification to Design-Build-Finance-Maintain-Operate and Transfer (DBFMOT) Technology-enabled SME Portal for FMITI and Agencies”.
RFQ Package documents submission should be received not later than 2359hours (GMT+1) on 03 December 2018.
