REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF SCHOOL KITS

On behalf of USAID, Education Development Center invites firms to indicate an interest in submitting offers for Supply and Delivery of School Kits for mainstreaming in Sokoto State.
Contractor must demonstrate capability, based upon technical expertise, management capability, workload capacity and financial resources to implement and manage this contract.
It is EDC’s intent to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
The Government of Nigeria and the U.S. Agency for International Development encourages and welcome in this activity the participation, to the fullest extent possible, of minorities and women both as individuals and as members of contracting or sub-contracting firms.
Firms making offers for the Supply and Delivery of school kits for mainstreaming must be duly registered to conduct business in Nigeria and also in compliance with the requirements set forth in 22 CFR 228 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.
Qualified and interested firms may obtain an electronic copy of the RFQ including terms, conditions, and specifications when it is issued by making written request to EDC’s procurement department by email to [email protected] with the mail subject “EDC/NEI+/10022018/001”. Telephone requests will not be honored.
