EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO CONDUCT COMPUTER BASED EXAM FOR STAFF OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION
The Corporate Affairs Commission was established by the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of 1990, to regulate and supervise the formation, incorporation, registration, management and winding of companies in Nigeria.
The Corporate Affairs Commission hereby invites competent and interested consulting firms to submit Expression of Interest to conduct computer based exam for the staff of Corporate Affairs Commission.
2.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders must possess the under-listed requirements to be eligible to participate in this procurement process:
i. Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Evidence of Company’s Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2015, 2016 & 2017).
iii. Evidence of Current Pension Clearance Certificate in compliance with Amended PenCom Reform Act 2014.
iv. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report (IRR) issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
v. Evidence of current ITF Certificate in compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act, 2005.
vi. Current Employees’ Compensation Scheme (ECS) Compliance Certificate issued by the National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
vii. Copy of Company’s particulars of Directors.
viii. Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.
ix. Evidence of previous experience on similar job executed in the last three (3) years.
x. Evidence of payment of up-to-date company Annual Returns to CAC
xi. A sworn Affidavit that no Partner/Director has been convicted in any country for criminal offences related to fraudulent or corrupt practices or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter and that all the required documents are both GENUINE AND UP TO DATE.
xii. A sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of CAC or BPP is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
xiii. A statement indicating that the company does not at the time of this bid have any existing loan or financial liability with a bank, other financial institutions or third party that is classified as doubtful, non-performance, bad or whose repayment portion has been outstanding for the last three (3) months.
3.0 SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
The completed documents are to be sealed with wax in an envelope indicating Expression of Interest for Computer Based Exam and addressed to:

Corporate Affairs Commission,
Plot 420, Tigris Crescent,
Off Aguiyi Ironsi Street,
The completed Expression of Interest documents should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar General, Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja on or before 12 noon on Tuesday, 27th March, 2018.
4.0 CLOSING DATE
Submission of Expression of Interest documents closes at 12 noon on Tuesday, 27th March, 2018 and will be publicly opened immediately. All interested members of the public, civil societies and representatives of interested companies are hereby invited to witness the opening at the Corporate Affairs Commission, Board Room, 6th Floor, Plot 420, Tigris Crescent, Off Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama Abuja at 12 noon on Tuesday, 27th March, 2018.
