INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE UNDERLISTED PROJECTS
The Ankpa Local Government Council Kogi State in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 invites interested, competent and reputable contractors to tender for the:
Lot i) Rehabilitation of Otukpo Road
Lot ii) Renovation of Enjema Market open stall
Lot iii) Construction of Water Pavement at township roundabout
Lot iv) Sinking and rehabilitation of boreholes at Ojoku and Eniele
Lot v) Rehabilitation of Ankpa Rice Mill Road
Lot vi) Construction of Bridges and Opening of roads at Abache Ejeh Palace Road
Lot vii) Construction of Ankpa Nursery and Primary School
Lot viii) Rehabilitation or reconstruction of part fencing of Local Government Secretariat
Lot ix) Rehabilitation of Primary Health Centre across the Local Government
Lot x) Supply of Office equipment & furniture
Lot xi) Cleaning services and refuse dump
Lot xii) Rehabilitation of earth moving equipment and tractor
Lot xiii) Supply of clinical materials
Lot xiv) Supply of vehicles – Corolla, Ford Edge Drive
a. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) (Photocopies).
b. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years: 2014, 2015 & 2016.
c. Company profile indicating personnel, equipment and professionalism.
d. Bank Reference Letter with evidence of financial capacity.
e. Copy of VAT registration certificate and evidence of remittance.
f. Evidence of experience with similar jobs executed (if any).
g. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N150, 000.00.
h. Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
i. Evidence of registration with Ankpa Local Government, Ankpa.
j. All interested contractors should visit the Local Government for site inspection and collection of bid documents.
k. Opening of bid date would be communicated later.
SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
All submission of bids should be made not later than Fourteen (14) days from the date of publication in a sealed envelope marked ‘Bid’ on the right corner to the Secretary Ankpa Local Government Tender Board Ankpa.
This invitation should not be construed as a commitment on the part of Local Government Tender Board Committee to enter into any form of contract with any Company nor shall it entitle any company to make claims from the Tender Board.
